54 is a tool for building and publishing websites. It is run by Hal-PA Inc. This page says what 54 keeps about you and your sites, which other companies touch it, and how to delete it. It describes what 54 does today, checked against its code.

What you build is stored so 54 can serve it: every saved version of each site, the images and files you upload, and the domains you connect. Uploaded site files are public by design, because your site shows them.
If your site takes messages, sign-ups, comments, orders, raffle tickets or other records, 54 stores them for you and only you (and the people you let in) can manage them. You decide what your site collects, and you are responsible for telling your visitors.
If you connect one of these accounts, 54 keeps its access token encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and uses it only to do what you ask: push your site to a repository, deploy it, or copy its data to your database. Disconnecting deletes the token.
When you ask 54 to build, edit, write or make an image, what you wrote and the parts of your site needed for it are sent to an AI provider: Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, DeepSeek and Moonshot AI. The assistant on your site and the mail filter work the same way.
Payments on your site go through Stripe, either in your own Stripe account or in ours. We don't see or store card numbers.
Mailboxes on your domain send and receive through Resend. Mail you receive is stored so you can read it in 54. Forwarding to another address only starts after that address confirms it.
What you write in Community is public, with your username. If you turn a device into a node, it keeps copies of published sites; turning it off erases them.
54 sets one cookie to keep you signed in. It lasts 365 days and can't be read by scripts. Your browser also keeps a few preferences, such as your language. 54 also adds Google Analytics to 54.wtf and to every site published with 54, to count visits across the platform; Google sets its own cookies for that. If your site has visitors, include this in what you tell them. No advertising cookies.
In 54: your avatar → Your profile → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. This deletes your sites with everything they hold (their visitors' data, orders and mailboxes), your files, passkeys, what you wrote in Community, your node, your connections, and your account. It can't be undone. More at 54.wtf/delete-account.
You need to be at least 13 to use 54. If you think a child under 13 has an account, write to us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we update this page and its date. For questions or requests, write to hello@gethal.com.
