Who can use 54

You need to be at least 13. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or guardian has to accept these terms for you.

Your account

Keep your email and devices safe: whoever has them can use your account. You are responsible for what is done from it.

Your sites

What you build and publish stays yours. You let us store, process and serve it only so 54 works. You are responsible for what your sites say, sell and collect, including your visitors' data.

What you can't do

• Break the law, or publish sites that help others break it.
• Publish sexual content involving minors, or someone's private information or images without consent.
• Run scams, phishing or malware, or impersonate a person or a company.
• Send spam from a 54 mailbox.
• Attack 54 or the people who use it.

AI

Sites, text and images made with AI can contain mistakes. Check them before you publish.

Coins and payments

Coins pay for building, AI and plans inside 54. Payments your site receives go to the Stripe account that charges them. We can correct balances that come from an error or abuse.

Enforcement

We can take down a site or close an account that breaks these terms.

The service

54 is offered as it is. Features can change or go away. We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Hal-PA Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using 54, or for what other people publish.
